Gymnastics!

Hello, Ki ora and Welcome to my blog and obviously it is about gymnastics!
Big news!
Every post I will add either a funny joke or a fun fact at the end😁.
So anyway we have had some free sessions were some Tristar members have come to teach us (Surprise, Surprise) Gymnastics.
We also had one free session down there and one paid session.
In that session I met an Olympian.
His name was mish and I got his signature!

We Had rotations and we went round and did different activities my favorite was probably the trampoline rotation and my least favorite was the floor is lava!

Did you know that if you bang your head against the wall for an hour  you can lose 150 calories!😂😂😂😂😂😂
