Song by Don Vedda
I'm back from the dead
I never needed you
I was just to young to see
But I watched and I learned
How these bridges can burn
now a match
Just watch the flames now
woah, oh, woah, oh, woah, oh
This is goodbye
Your world is faded
To black and white
But I'm still here
I'm still here tonight
This is goodbye
So where are you now?
Guess the dead never ring
Deep down, down on the ground
But I watched and I learned
How these bridges can burn
So step back
Just watch the flames now
And I'll be watching you burn
Woah, oh, woah, oh, woah, oh
This is goodbye
Your world is faded
To black and white
But I'm still here
I'm still here tonight
This is goodbye
So how does it feel
To defy the open spaces
And know you'll never grow?
Let me know
how does it feel
To stand in you own afflictions
That you can cast upon you self?
Let me know
how does it feel
To defy the open spaces
And know you'll never grow?
Let me know
how does it feel
To stand in you own afflictions
That you can cast upon you self?
Woah, oh, woah, oh, woah, oh
This is goodbye
Your world is faded
To black and white
But I'm still here
I'm still here tonight
This is goodbye

Hey Sam,
ReplyDeleteIt was awesome learning about your new song. The lyrics seem quite sad but then when I listened to the song on youtube I found that it was quite upbeat. What is it about this song that you like the most.? I found it interesting that Raymond Warner used this song on his YouTube channel. Could this have influenced your like for the song? Have you ever watched Don Vedda's music video for 'Talking Body'? Raymond Warner and his famous buttercup trick make an appearance in this music video.
I hope you have a great day,
Megan :)
Hi Megan,
ReplyDeleteI liked the intense music, and yes I wouldn't have looked at Don Vedda's music if it wasn't for Raymond Warner having it as his intro.
And yes I do know that Raymond features in his music video.
Right now Raymond uses Talking Body as his intro song. 'This is goodbye' is Raymond's old intro song!
