I think it is Brazil even if the statue wasn't there you can tell by the beautiful landscape.
I could also tell by the movie Rio because I think that I have watched it more than I needed to!
Well at least it paid off!

I agree I think he is on top of The Christ The Redeemer. Imagine the view from the top. I would certainly be taking a selfie if that was me at the top. It would also be very scary as that is very tall and a long way from the ground. I am enjoying your Summer Learning Journey. Keep up the great work.

That certainly looks scary, and very fascinating at the same time. I am amazed he had the guts to actually pull out his phone and look away from his feet to smile at his phone. I also like how you said it paid off at the end because it really did. I've never seen that christ statue before, so I should research it.

ReplyDeleteYou have written a description about the picture you selected, I like the way you described what surrounded the man in the picture, there is indeed some wonderful scenery.
Perhaps next time you could write about why you think the man decided to take his selfie from the top of 'Christ The Redeemer' (I too believe this selfie was taken in Brazil). What do you think was going through his mind?
I wouldn't take a selfie like that, there's no way I'm falling to my death, all it takes is a strong gust of wind to knock you off balance! No thank you! I shall stick to regular selfies.
Would you take a risky selfie like the man in the picture?
