ReplyDeletePai mahi mahi whakamataku Sam (Well done, awesome work Sam). Did you enjoy learning some new Maori phrases? What is your favourite Maori phrase? I often use the phrase 'He tino pai' when talking to my son, Nico. Do you know what this means?
I used to really enjoy learning Te Reo Maori at school it is such an important aspect of the Maori culture. Jacinda Ardern, the Prime Minster of New Zealand, has an idea to make Maori compulsory in all primary schools. Do you think this would be a good idea? If so, why?
