Tiritiri matangi is a wildlife sanctuary where they try to bring back some of the endangered species and we got to go there for a school trip!
We went there to study some of the birds and we learnt alot about how they care for the birds and how they protect them from pests.
I can tell right now that you want some photos here we go!
This is a weta hotel where the wetta can have a delicious munch on some bugs

We got to see a lot of ways to make our world ivestive pest free!

DeleteMy favorite part of the trip was probably going down to the beach and helping out my friends when they need it most.
I know that they are really trying to get the Tuatara back on board.
