Camp Booklet!

Hello hello hello! Its nice to be back with you guys I just went on the best camp eve!
We went up Mount Ruapehu. It was so much fun. So firstly it was on the day we had to come early in the morning to get everything up and running on the bus and to go to The Park (our hotel) at National Park. On the bus I was sitting next to Oscar, it was quite funny with me and him. Then there was a stop at Hamilton Gardens for morning tea and a picture hunt. Pink won that one. Then the next stop was at the Ed Hillary walk way for lunch and then each team got an answer sheet to fill in. We came second in that one! The last stop before National Park was Taumarunui School for afternoon tea and a play.
Now for National Park. The Next day. yay! now time for skiing. Let's get on the bus and head up the mountain.......

For me what was challenging was that the first day I had to work my hardest and persevere to get it done.
learning to ski was hard at the start. my succses was skiing down Rock Garden with my dad. I hope you enjoyed this I thought this was a really cool idea to  get the student on their chrome books and filling these questions researching in to websites. Thank you for looking at my blogpost please comment on what you think about this post and follow my blog!

  1. Such a great memory for you to have. Even more special that you got to share it with your friends, teachers and Dad. And yes as a family we are hoping to get back to Mt Ruapehu so you can continue to enjoy and advance your new found talent.

  2. Good work putting together your blog Sam. Your enthusiasm for the trip shows in your writing. You worked hard to learn to ski and it was great to watch you sliding down Rock Garden. A couple more days and you and your dad will be higher up the mountain by the top cafe! Remember to re-read your work when you finish so you can correct errors and check it makes sense, some of your slideshow need more work. You could also add more photos to the different pages.
