Week 2 Day 5 Activity 1 - Coming to an End - VE Day

VE Day!

Hey guys todays first blog is going to be me planning an imaginary VE Day party.

I will include:
Who I would have there
What we would eat
And what would we do.

I would invite my favorite band Twenty One Pilots, my friends from school, Raymond Warner, and my family.
We would have some fish and chips in our backyard. Play a game of tag and then Raymond Warner, my friends and I would go on to our driveway and play on our scooters.

  1. What an exciting VE party you have planned. Sounds like there will be lots of fun had. I too would invite friends and family. We would have a BBQ and have games like cards, darts and some other fun games.
Would Twenty One Pilots be performing at your party?

  2. Talofa Sam,

What a great idea to invite your favourite band and YouTuber, how cool would that be! I love that you have put so much thought into this activity, it shows that you really value your learning. You’ve talked in great detail about who will be there and what you’ll get up to during the celebrations which sounds like a great deal of fun.

Perhaps next time you could provide a few more pictures or videos of the people, activities and foods that’ll be included in your VE day. This way you could introduce Twenty One Pilots and Raymond Warner to readers who may not know them, what do you think?

I would celebrate VE day with my family and friends, we’d have a huge barbeque with a side of fresh tomato and lettuce salad and potato salad followed by a cookie pudding and ice cream dessert. After a resting a bit we’d play a game of volleyball out back and go swimming in the pool as our favourite music keep pumping through the speakers. At the end of the day we’d come together to relax and watch a movie to end the celebration.

You’ve been very diligent about updating your blog Samuel, well done! I look forward to reading more.

    Toe feiloa’i fo’i,

    Cia.
