What do you do when you are stressed out?
In this blog I will tell you what I do when I feel stressed out.

My favorite thing to do is get out on my scooter or read my book.

  1. I too like to get outdoors when I am stressed. A good walk in the fresh air does wonders for my stress level. The other way I destress is listening to music.

    What is one of your favourite books to read when you feel stressed out?

  2. Hey there Sam, thanks for sharing your strategies for coping with stress. It's cool that you are so into riding your scooter. I bet that helps, getting out of the house and enjoying the fresh air. I personally like to go for a run or walk, listen to music, read a book, or even clean my bedroom. I find that if I have a clean bedroom then I generally feel better.
