It is the gym I go to and I am soon going to be working there as well!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great slogan you have come up with for MPower. It is so true though isn't it. The more exercise you do the more you would like to keep going. I find that I am often on a roller coaster with my fitness and relationship with the gym. When I start going to the gym I want to keep going and then all of a sudden I become lazy. I am trying to push through that barrier and keep on moving.
It sounds like you might know the owners of MPower, am I correct? Maybe you could do some promotion for them and tell us where they are located and what activities you can do at the gym.
