  1. Hi Samuel,
Well done on completing this Summer Learning Journey activity. I think that the first fact is true, the second is true, the third one is false, the fourth one is true, the fifth one is false and the sixth one is true. Hopefully I managed to get some of them right. Keep up the good work.

  4. Hi Sam,

It's Leslie here, a member of the Summer Learning Journey program reading true and false 'facts' about Maui dolphins on your blog. Well done, you!! You've really mixed up the true and the false information!! I'm going to take a wild guess and say that I don't think Maui dolphins kill sharks. I know, it's just a guess...

Have you ever seen a Maui dolphin in the wild? That would be very special. I hope, hope, hope that their habitat can be improved so that their numbers can be increased as soon as possible!! It would be a very sad day if they were to disappear off the planet entirely, wouldn't it?

There are so many animals, birds and insects at risk in our world. Many would say that humans are one of the species most at risk. But there are many people in many organizations working very hard to solve the problems we've created. Hopefully we'll succeed in time and learn to live in better harmony with the earth.

I hope you're enjoying reading and learning about this big, wonderful world, through the Summer Learning Journey program! I'll continue to enjoy reading your blog.

    Cheers,

    Leslie
