  1. Hi Sam,

It's Leslie here, a member of the Summer Learning Journey team. Well done you! Your maths problem solving is excellent. And I love the graphic you added to this posting!!

Do you enjoy maths at school? I think of math as a challenge that can be fun. And it can be very helpful too!

My father was a maths teacher in a high school. He also taught physical education so he had both highly active classes and classes that involved more thinking than motion. Fortunately, he never had a classroom full of mould!!

I hope you find yourself in one either!! And I hope that you're enjoying these activities. You're working really steadily at them - good on you!!

I enjoy reading your blog and I look forward to continuing!! It's great that you're a part of the Summer Learning Journey!

    Cheers,

    Leslie

  2. Hi Samuel,
Well done on finishing this SLJ activity. I think that you did a great job using your math skills to solve this problem. You got the same answer as I did which is hopefully the correct one. Luckily for me, I have never seem mould at my school. Keep up the good work.

  4. Hi Sam,

Great maths skills. Luckily our school doesn't have this issue. Imagine your classroom being unusable for 35 days.

    Great blogging!!
